Watch: Nes in Brooklyn, Family Narrowly Escapes Falling Tree

A chilling moment was caught on camera as a massive tree came crashing down, nearly striking a family walking on a Brooklyn sidewalk.

Surveillance footage captured the frightening incident, which took place on March 1 along 59th Street in the Bensonhurst neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Ben and Shelly Kerstein, who were among those miraculously spared, described their brush with disaster.

“We ran, and the whole thing shattered into pieces. Because it was so old, it turned to dust,” Shelly told PIX 11. “As you see in the video, we’re just standing there, completely in shock.”

The family attributes their survival to Siyata Dishmaya, thanking Hashem for their protection in what could have been a terrible tragedy.
